The new Law (LOE – Law on Classification of Building), regulates the building process and delimits responsibilities of the agents intervening in the building process (promoters, constructors, technicians and others), likewise establishing the mandatory compulsory condition of contracting certain insurance policies.
Insurance that protects these agents and the purchasers themselves against any possible material damage due to vices or structural defects in works during a period of 10 years subsequent to their finalising.
